"A Memory of Light" is going out in twelve days, on Januar 8th. For those who don't know, this will be the fourteenth and last book of the HUGE fantasy series "The Wheel of Time" - a series I love.

Quite different than the majority of my works, and I do like the outcome, a lot!

It's a heart-wrenching image, and I can definitely imagine LTT dropping to his knees in this posture after exiting the Gateway. You can feel the grief and agony pouring out from him.

Now for the nit-picky: it states, very specifically, that he shouted to the sky "Light forgive me" as he pulled the bolt of Saidin upon himself. So this could be a precursor to that moment: he collapsed, then got up and screamed at the sky...

Yes, that irks me the most. I couldn't find a stock image, though :(
But once I get to know my new tablet I intend to draw Lews. Totally love his character, and I have this feeling I didn't capture his grief well enough here.

Толкова е изчистено и в същото време се наблюдава наситеност на отчаяние.... харесва ми, макар да не съм запозната с героя от поредицата.
